A former Planning Officer with South Pembrokeshire District Council. A current Board Member with Pembrokeshire Housing, Secretary of the Pembrokeshire Historic Buildings Trust and with a general interest in the local environment.

Declan has recently retired after twenty two years as director of Span Arts, the community arts organisation for Narberth area. Manager of The Queens Hall Narberth for 7 years following it's rebirth in 1993. A lifetime member of Friends Of The Earth and Greenpeace, member of Amnesty International, and active with Transition Narberth. Interests include music and theatre, community regeneration through the arts, gardening, architecture, walking and birdwatching.
Declan is also artistic director of Tenby Blues Festival and Narberth Food Festival, and a Trustee of Welsh Jazz Society.
An advisory group with members from PLANED, the West Wales Eco Centre, Environment Wales and PAVS supports the Trustees.
The advisory group to the management committee is co-opted as necessary.

Marc is a self employed, independent consultant, with extensive experience and knowledge of working in the voluntary sector, as well as having been a senior manager in the NHS.
Marc has a passion for promoting partnership work and collaborative activity within these sectors. strong interest in environmental and sustainable development issues and is privileged to live in Newport, Pembrokeshire, amidst 5 acres of unimproved grassland. He and his wife Helen have been stewarding this land for the last 4 years or so and have worked in conjunction with the Conservation Officer of PCNPA to try and improve the wildlife habitat.
Marc is a Trustee of Pembrokeshire MIND.
